Recent advances in artificial intelligence and deep learning have significantly transformed image and video processing, enabling breakthroughs in areas such as medical imaging, intelligent surveillance, and multimedia analysis. As visual data continues to grow rapidly, the demand for innovative and efficient AI-driven solutions has become increasingly important.

Against this backdrop, the 8^th International Conference on Image, Video Processing and Artificial Intelligence (IVPAI 2026) will be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka from May 7-9, 2026. Since its inception in 2018, IVPAI has established itself as a leading academic platform, attracting over 7,000 submissions and welcoming more than 2,000 participants worldwide.

Building on this strong legacy, IVPAI 2026 remains committed to presenting cutting-edge research and practical innovations that address both theoretical foundations and real-world applications in AI-driven image and video processing. We cordially invite researchers, academics, and industry experts to submit original contributions and share their latest achievements, fostering collaboration and advancing the frontiers of intelligent visual data analysis.

All accepted and registered papers at IVPAI 2026 will be included in IVPAI 2026 Conference Proceedings published by SPIE and submitted for indexing in major databases such as EI and Scopus, ensuring the widespread dissemination and recognition of the research presented at the conference.
