Main INtroduction

Only full papers will be accepted to be published in the conference proceedings, both accepted full papers and abstracts will be invited to give the oral/post presentation at the conference site.
Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers (not being considered for publication elsewhere) in standard format describing new theoretical and/or experimental research. Submissions are recommended to have no more than 6 pages (extra pages are subject to surcharge), including figures, tables, and references. Submissions will be judged on originality, significance, interest, clarity, relevance, correctness, and presentation. All papers will be reviewed by at least two-three members of the program committees and technical committees.
Each accepted paper must be presented by one of the authors and accompanied by at least one full IVPAI registration fee payment, to guarantee publication in the proceedings.
Accepted full papers will be published in conference proceedings or journal, and authors will be invited to give an oral/poster presentation on site.
Accepted abstract will be included in conference program, but will not published, and authors will be invited to give an oral/poster presentation on site.

Important Notes

1. The conference’s official language is English. All papers must be written in English and must be formatted in WORD and PDF according to the following instructions. 
2. All papers should be no more than 6000 words in length. (4-6 pages under SPIE Template
3. Any submission must not have been, or will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another publication before the review notification date of this conference. Conference organizers are responsible for the technical quality of paper on the basis of reviews obtained. It is sole responsibility of author/s if their paper detects plagiarism even in later stages of quality check. No registration fee will be refunded in any case if your paper is excluded from proceedings by the SPIE.

Paper Submission Process

All papers submitted to the conference will follow the following process:

Initial Paper Submission

>>Author or authors draft their best work for review by the organizing committee
>>Each author listed on the paper must listed as an author on the face of the paper and in the paper management system (SPIE system)
>>Remember to use templates for ease of submission

Paper Review

>>Once the initial submission deadline has completed for your paper submission type, the organizing committee will begin reviewing all papers in your submission type

Notification of Acceptance or Rejection

>>On or before the scheduled date the organizing committee will notify the corresponding author of the acceptance or rejection of the paper to the conference program
>>Where the paper is accepted to the program the corresponding author is encouraged to update the paper to meet any recommendations provided by the reviewers

Final Submission

>>The corresponding author of the paper must submit the final draft of the paper, on or before the published deadline.
>>At least one of the paper author must register as an “author registration” to attend the conference and have a conference registration and any applicable submission fees paid in full at a full registration price to support the paper.
>>Registration to the conference and full payment of any applicable submission fees substantiates the author(s) commitment to attend the conference and present the paper. If the corresponding author does not register to attend the conference and pay the any applicable submission session the paper will be deemed “unsupported” and will not be scheduled for presentation in conference program.
>>Corresponding authors are encouraged to complete a thorough review of the paper before final submission of the paper as this will be the final opportunity to make any changes, adjustments, or acknowledgements. Requests to updated, edit, change, or add information to the paper after final submission will not be accomodated.
>>Any author can register for the conference and pay the applicable upload fees to support the paper.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

>>Prepare the PowerPoint or PDF for your presentation.
>>You may copy your presentation files into the laptop of the conference staff, or just use your own.
>>12 minutes to present, and 3 minutes for Q&A.

Poster Session Guidelines

>>As a Poster Presenter it is important that you display your results clearly to attract people who have an interest in your work and your paper.  Your poster should cover the KEY POINTS of your work. The ideal poster should be designed to attract attention, provide a brief overview of your work, and initiate discussion and questions.
>>The size of the poster should be 841mm width x 1189mm height
>>You should make the poster and bring it to the conference.
